Wesley Parrett.

Wesley is building Parrett Property Maintenance from the ground up around a straightforward goal: be someone property owners can call when they have work that needs to get done.

That can mean clearing a rental, repairing walls, installing flooring, painting a room or bringing several parts of a rehab together. Smaller jobs matter, too. The business is growing to support both individual projects and ongoing property-maintenance needs.

The approach starts with an honest conversation about the work, the property and the timeline. We review what we can take on, explain the estimate and agree on the scope before scheduling.
