A working draft.
A reusable foundation.
Design and content prepared for Parrett Property Maintenance. This is a private review site, not the launched business website.
What is built
A shared header, footer, typography system and responsive layouts; homepage; services directory; eight detailed service pages; About; Projects; Reviews; FAQ; service-area page; quote demonstration; and preview privacy information.
Revision 11 preserves the approved homepage design, including its split-room photograph and iPhone-style sample realtor conversation. Homepage service choices open their individual pages immediately. All eight service pages include service icons, focused project details, estimating factors and FAQs, with relevant related services only at the bottom. A new blog directory contains twenty practical articles, with service links and supporting references. The directory groups services by project type. About introduces Wesley and his approach; the FAQ is organized into four topics. Secondary pages use consistent typography and spacing. On mobile, the quote form comes first and includes optional property type and occupancy. Quote shortcuts preserve entered details, and service-page links carry the selected service into the form. Image sources remain in the editing package; no completed Parrett projects, reviews or credentials are fabricated.
Interactive preview
- Service menu, mobile navigation and service selector.
- A project-gallery page reserved for approved real work; no sample project cards are displayed.
- FAQ accordions.
- Two-step quote form with validation, local image previews and a request summary.
- The quote form makes no network request and stores no lead data after the page closes.
Needed before launch
| Item | Required action |
|---|---|
| Phone and hours | The phone and hours confirmed in the Google setup conversation are now included. Verify call/text destinations and final hours as part of launch testing. |
| Project photography | Replace all generated concept imagery with approved real photos. Add genuine project descriptions, locations and before/after pairs. |
| Reviews | Verify the correct Google profile and real review sources before adding ratings or quotes. |
| Service scope | Have Wesley review the drafted service descriptions, especially demolition and construction limits. |
| Jobber | Confirm Parrett’s request link and supported fields. Connect uploads and requests, test delivery and notifications in his account, and replace the demonstration flow. |
| Wix / hosting | Wix officially supports this static-file format through Wix-managed Headless upload. Upload directly into Parrett’s verified account, then test the deployed site. This produces a coded Wix-hosted site; it does not convert the layout into Wix Editor blocks. The account, plan and domain remain to be confirmed. |
| Service areas | Confirm the actual communities before adding town-specific pages. |
| Final launch | Set the real domain, add final metadata and accurate structured data, review privacy wording, remove preview notices, test again, and remove noindex only when ready. |
Fast handoff
Editing and upload archives are supplied separately with the project handoff.
Editing and upload archives are supplied separately with the project handoff.
The source package contains ready-to-host HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets, plus the source builder and editable content. The separate Wix preview archive contains only the built website files, with index.html at its root. It retains the demo form and noindex until the real launch work is complete. Each HTML page works as a file. No application framework or third-party account is needed to review the design.
